A new edition of Andalucía Bike Race presented by Shimano is approaching

The eighth edition will be raced from February 25th to March 2nd

Registrations will open on Monday with a special offer for the first two hundred entries

It will begin in Linares (Jaén) and end in Córdoba, after six sensational days. The stages will split equally between the provinces of Jaén and Córdoba, completing a route of approximately 400 kilometres and 10.000 metres of climbing, maintaining the criteria of short, technical and intense stages. True mountain biking!

The race will start with a time trial along Linare’s mining district, similar to the last and fun stage of the past edition. The second day, also in Linares, will have a fairly new route, visiting new places. The third stage will serve as transition day between both provinces, before the great Day of Andalusia and first stage in Córdoba, which is expected to be a great party as in 2017! The fifth stage, outside Córdoba, will be unprecedent and surprising. The sixth stage will return to Córdoba city, where Andalucía Bike Race presented by Shimano will end.

Stage 1 - February 25th 2018: Linares (Jaén).
Stage 2 - February 26th 2018: Linares (Jaén).
Stage 3 - February 27th 2018: Jaén province.
Stage 4 - February 28th 2018: Córdoba.
Stage 5 - March 1st 2018: Córdoba province.
Stage 6 - March 1nd 2018: Córdoba.

It will continue to be an individual format and first class worldwide competition according to the International Cycling Union (UCI) criteria.
