2020 Andalucía Bike Race presented by Caja Rural Jaén registrations!

Premieres UCI SHC category in its tenth edition

The tenth edition of Andalucía Bike Race presented by Caja Rural Jaén comes back strong taking over a new challenge that will distinguish it in its previous nine editions.

Premieres Hors Catégorie on its tenth anniversary that will celebrate an edition full of news. On this occasion, it returns to its origins and will be held from February 25 to March 1, with six stages of pure Mountain Biking through provinces of Jaén and Córdoba.

As in all its editions, Andalucía Bike Race presented by Caja Rural Jaén will be race the provinces of Jaén and Córdoba in six days of competition. This year it will be held from Tuesday to Sunday facilitating the spectators can approach the different points of interest of the route to encourage the 700 Mountain Bikers that take part on it.

Registration is limited to 800 entries, and 2020 registrations will begin today, on Thursday, October 17 with a superb special offer; 100 entries for only 360€. Sold-out these, the entry fee will be 395€ until December 27. The next registration period will last until February 12 with a price of 495€ and the last one will be from February 13 to 19 and will cost 545€.

Hors Catégorie, the highest distinction in cycling

Andalucía Bike Race presented by Caja Rural Jaén has been for the last eight editions UCI XCS 1 category, being the oldest race in Spain with its category and was the first to achieve it.

With this new distinction, Andalucía Bike Race presented by Caja Rural Jaén it is once again the first and the only stage race in Spain has proof of this size in the international biker scene. Only other three races of Marathon stages of Mountain Bike of the world have the same level of competition, such as the recognised Absa Cap Epic (South Africa), Afxentia Stage Race (Cyprus) and CIMTB (Brazil).
