Aira Sport, sports center from Córdoba, bets again to be part of events and help with iniciatives which promote exercise as a way of satisfaction, joy and well-being. This time it will offer its facilities to the Andalucía Bike Race presented by Shimano mountain bikers; “for us its a real pride to be part of an event of this kind, being one of the most representative in the world of mountain biking and most outstanding in Andalusia”.

The facilities have a surface of more than 10.000 m2 with the latest training and physical activity advances of the industry, and offers the riders of Andalucía Bike Race presented by Shimano, free swimming sessions in its semi-olympic pools in order to favour their recovery. “This has been one of the major demands, since the mountain bikers use the pools area to recover for the next stage”. The riders will be able to recover in a Spa circuit which offers hydrothermal baths, sauna, jacuzzi, vapor baths, ice fountains, hot beds and different hydrotherapy systems such as several pressure fountains which will help the cyclists to relief muscular tension and cramps, favour blood circulation and estimulate the nervous system.

Aira Sport has prepared a relaxation and stretching Masterclass, under pre-order, for the race’s mountain bikers, who wish to promote their recovery with exercises designed to reduce the muscular stiffness mainly on trapezius, neck, arms and lower body, due to Andalucía Bike Race presented by Shimano’s tough stages.
